How do I order catalogues?
Go to our Catalog Request Page, you can order our new catalogs from there.
How do I view my orders online?
Once you are registered, you are able to view all details about your orders in your account/orders.
How do I subscribe to the newsletter?
When creating the account just accept the box with the agreement of receiving the marketing information.
You can also just scroll down on our homepage and click on the sign up button, insert your e-mail, accept the agreements and click on “sign up to our newsletter” button.

Who is able to register for the online shop?
We deliver exclusively to textile resellers/distributors of promotional products/finishers.
To register as a new customer please go to Create New Account page and fill out the registration form.
It may take up to 24h for us to verify your data and give you full access to our on-line shop. Until then you can still use our website, and check our on-line catalog. You can also order the products by contacting one of our Account Manager, you can check the list here.
How do I search for an article in the online shop?
Please use our search toolbar at the top of the site, or use the filter search in the product listing page.
How do I obtain the latest offers and information?
The best way is to subscribe to our regular newsletter.
What can I do if I am unable to sign into the online shop?
You can use the “Forgotten Password” function which you can find here.
Enter your email address and press the “Reset My Password” button to receive an email with instructions.
This contains a link that you should then click on, through which you can subsequently set a new password.
